Feel the plasma body


Lately I've been not sleeping to well. On the nights I'm awake or consciously sleeping (I'm asleep snoring, but my mind is awake and I'm aware of all going on around me) I try to meditate.

The last few nights I've been feeling my plasma body. This is pretty simple to do. As you breath out pay attention to the area around your body. Just an inch ofc your body. If feels to me like with your hand is going to sleep. That fuzzy pressure feeling. Try it..
